Two federal timers behind one symptom

Where the floor moved out from under the door

Increasing closing force removes the report and leaves the resistance, which shortens the life of the opener, the rollers and the sections. Once the real cause is corrected, the door should reverse cleanly on a one and a half inch object laid flat on the floor under the opening, and that test is worth repeating monthly.
